The existing paint off the house though just to make it stick real nice have you tested for lead at it with an orbital sander running 60,80,100 grits across the whole house.

Can I mix paint(like to paint houses) with paint thinner to make the paint really thin and runny? PLEASE HELP ME.

Maybe not, some house paints are water based, so for cleaning brushes, water or thinner,
oil based or enamel based paints are thinned with paint thinner.
No with water base paint.
Yes with oil base paint.
