I also use the version of desktop that came? If Palm Desktop detects Microsoft Outlook, it will automatically choose to sync with it instead of Palm the conduits, go to Programs....

Hi all, I was able to load the CD,and during this was able to hotsync....however, I'm unable to click on the the Palm Desktop icon to load the program so I can see anything it hangs up and stays that way until I have to close it thru the task panel......

I'm pretty sure the version which came with your TX The Palm Bluetooth keyboard model 3245ww works very well with both my TX's, and my TouchPad.

Make sure your TX and laptop/desktop both are active on ....
I was able to hot sync using the WiFi connection instead - this is not something I had tried before, but it worked great .
The computer won't recognize my Palm TX via USB.
