Since the only "non-friendly" ingredient is the whole wheat flour, should I just count the points for that in my tracker?

I'm with the others, but thanks for posting the recipe....
The bulk of this recipe is the flour.
I agree with Anne.
Even though the flour is only one ingredient, it makes up the bulk if this recipe.
I would count the whole recipe.

If you go to spark people you can enter the recipe amd serving size to get the calories and ....
I then add some the carbs are 32 for the entire recipe.
Beat an egg as if for you're making an omelette .
I make a pancake just using egg.

I think all kids enjoy pancakes, mine certainly do. I think it is because pancakes are kind of like a breakfast dessert. What are your kids favorite pancakes? My kids love chocolate chip pancakes, but pineapple pancakes follow closely behind.

I got 3 pineapple with Splenda which lowered it.
I ran it through the Calorie Count - I haven't tried the recipe builder - sometimes (26%) - Sugars 15.2g - Protein 12.8g
