That washcloth really helped to cool tell that I was in major panic....
September can get pretty hot, which in my case caused me to panic.
Allowing them to help.
The fears is part of that disorder but it will make your kids feel left out.

I self diagnosed myself with an anxiety disorder about a year ago, and had it confirmed with a doctor...who then immediately began to prescribe me pills. I refused to take them, because I know that there are other ways of dealing with this frustration...
