Updated Wednesday February 8th) I put my parchment through the printer but I always make sure there is at least 2cm/1inch boarder around the edge cos it can make the parchment curl....hope that help you.

I was reading Jeanies questions and I was wondering what weight is the Pergamano paper? and what about the Flex?
Since you can't even get the right parchment here only thru Pergamano, I don't have a clue about weights.
Also what parchment do you all use...

The flex is very expensive and I much prefer the regular... .
I believe the flex is 150 gms too.
I find that it is goodThe Pergamano regular paper is 150 gms.
Albums/j161/valeriewalker/ PCA also have a parchment paper that is 140 gsm.

I'm starting course 2 on monday and one of the items on the list to get are the Wilton 15" parchment triangles. What are they used for? And can I just cut triangles out of my own parchment paper? Is 15" the length of the side?

It's used on baking sure the package says "parchment paper" , don't make the same mistake I did by using "wax paper sheets so baked items won....
Parchment paper is made to be non-stick and heat proof up to about 450º F.
