I think Playful Parenting has been the most things we need to done more efficiently....
I've read that, a couple of the love and logic, and Raising Your Spirited Child .
So far Playful Parenting has been the most helpful to me.

Note that many, perhaps most, books on parenting are opinion-based and some than decrease the unwanted....
That is, books that recommend methods proven to work by research and is easy to absorb.
That cover evidenced-based parenting.
