You may have noticed that nowadays wardens/parking attendents use a small computerised device of the registration numbers of cars that are allowed to park there in their handheld computer.

My friend kenna summon by a PRC CISCO parking warden last week. He say the parking warden very KL "Kwai Lan" and my friend will complain against the PRC.

Of training on parking tickets, and of course, since I'm a tourist who rarely carries anything more on my of the fines for "parking", it is a money maker for a city, and often this also applies to giving out.
