In my experience, Tai Chi isn't really with the effects of Parkinson's.

There is a ton of info about how to's and such and it's run by the National Parkinson Foundation .
This is a very complicated disease and follows a lot of different paths.

Does anyone have any input/advice on depression with PD? my mother is only 43 and was diagnosed 3 years ago. Her symptoms are still in stage 1, but seem to be progressing badly. I am not around her a lot, but I have noticed her moods have seem to changed...

Any active divers out there with Parkinson's disease? I was diagnosed with early onset about seven years ago (when I was 43), and am starting to consider when to "call the dive" forever, so to speak. Thanks.
