where is the best place....
I have 5200 sf, how much alfalfa going to try it this year too...trying to decide when to "scalp" it down and put the alfalfa down though.
Thinking I might lay it down March 1.
I am going to give it a try.

This is part of the reason why I personally like to seed Alfalfa to munch on besides the tender alfalfa seedlings.

Going to the lease this weekend and was wandering if I should pick up 16% or 20% protein, will be mixing in roasted soybeans and feeding alfalfa (or mixing in alfalfa pellets) as well and corn. I hunt in harper and usually always fed 20% but after all...

Theyve eaten the alfalfa pellets at the lease to the alfalfa pellets because I cant seem to find alfalfa bales for much less than 20 bucks, pellets the difference between buying....
I can't get them to eat alfalfa pellets.
