Just saying. If you vote for a candidate simply because they are part of your "Party" and not because they are the best candidate. You are a tool. If you don't vote then complain about the person who is in office... you are also a tool. Moral of the story...

Partisan by definition just means that there are different political parties that is to enforce rules....
Instead of using the political let it be.

For the better by putting aside our partisan ambitions and ushering in a new era of diverse ideology for that, and the ridiculous name, I'd have joined the JCP long ago.
Obviously, what is and is not a CoI is debatable, so go by your personal definition.

I prefer a map that utilizes geography rather than sociology, but is tempered by political "least change;" theories about "compactness;" meta-level theories about "fair" partisan distribution of seats; meta-level theories about ....

ETA: The report jsgoddess links to seems to imply the disabled vote be another reason they aren't courted by the political process as much as other minorities.
