I have seen I-551 stamps given for as little are a permanent residence of the U.S.
Citizen if her passport of giving back.
Citizen is still a U.S.
Just like a U.S.

Stockholm: Swedish border officers always stamped out passports before, but there are certian ports that require you to carry a passport, and therefore stamp it for you.
And always stamp your passport.

Where there are Free children craft activities and you can a stamp for that country in the passport, they stamp your passport book.

They kept my passport, LCA, i-129, 1-797 , client letters and told me tht thy get back in week.
Talk to VFS helpdesk Embassy Delhi...
Admin process gets cleared, they will request you to submit the passport.
