Charges on a Laser are fixed at 15c IIRC .
On not advertising limits or restrictions on a post pay transaction though.

It won't give you "bad" credit....
For a better credit rating however, always pay more than the minimum if you can.
To finally pay it off because much of that minimum goes toward the interest and the rest toward the principle.

This isn't breaking news but simple. If you pay the minimum for the term of your loan is some cases you end up paying double or triple the amount for the item.
