If you current paypal email has been on a blocked or suspended ebay account
but you paypal is still active, iisit a good idea to change the email address and use it for an new ebay for automatic ebay seller fees.

After years of using my account paypal pops up a message in my notifcations box to confirm my email address i did this when i opened my account years back so is this a trap to get me to click a link in my email? to confirm then i get hit with some travling...

That is a terrible mess you are going through with PayPal, more so because PayPal is not answering any questions about the seizures.
