I have an account that was sent to a CA which they reported on my CR. If I am able to pay the OC, is the CA required to remove their reporting since they will no longer own the debt. I have heard conflicting answers.

It is 100 percent legal for the CA to report even if you pay the OC.
The reporting is not impacted in that.
