They are losing a lot problems with paypal...
With paypal the fee is cheap but other services you are paying monthly fees as far for shipping costPaypal is cracking down on PAs because of the problems of chargebacks.

There is no fee if I pay with my paypal balance, only fee=$0.00 when sending personal payment even when I wasn't using my paypal balance (so I assume for $0 is charge for....
