Hi friends! What is your opinion of peanut butter and almond butter? I have never tired almond butter but have heard it's yummy. Do you have a preference? Is one healthier than the other?

1 ounce of peanut butter has 165 calories, 14 gm of fat, 2 gm-and-legume-products....
I love peanut butter but I don't like almond butter.

My children are addicted to peanut and almond butter and i am at a loss besides sandwiches and such what to make using them. I am hoping to expand the kids eating habits a bit. Any ideas? What are your favorite nut butter recipes?

Is it good or bad that you eat peanut butter with any veggie? I have been eating cerely with peanut butter but never had carrot with peanut butter. Is it healthy to eat peanut butter with carrot and cerely?

If you eat a jar of peanut butter with one celery stalk or your finger in one peanut butter as "unhealthy....
Quite a few dishes, some Thai for example like anything else .
Peanut butter and veggies go just fine together.
