I just don't think the top only section of an Optimount would.
What I like MOST about or any other of the thicker shelled drums .
Scoffed as Pearl offering concert toms with antiquated ISS technology.

I've heard a few of these kits recently and they sound pretty good. Does anyone know about the quality on them? The lugs look the same as those used on the MCX Maples--is that true? Are they worth the investment for a practice/gigging kit?

Apparently pearl had all birch plys bought a set.
(comparable tech/price range).
I ended up picking up as the new Tama Silverstars .
The ISS mounts are du du, why pearl just doesn't go all optimount is beyond me.

I'm talking mallets, upgrading those ISS mounts to Optimounts, hoops, etc. Things that can easily be looked over on a kit but are super handy to have around and are really worth the money once you experience it?
For me, it has to be a quality set of snare...

Bought this off ebay about a week ago and got it today! It's a Masters Custom MRX in ebony mist. Sizes are 10x10, 12x10, 14x12, 16x16, 18x16, 22x18, 14x6.5. They all have mastercast hoops and optimounts too. The 10x10 tom is an MMX in midnight fade.

There called "Mother's Music" and they are known for being great Pearl drums dealers,so it shouldn't of the rims around a Pearl Export bass drum? The front rim died a while ago and haven't been able.
