Was wondering where everybody picked up their rides?
Only places I know of that sells decent boats is Grand River Kayak in Dunnville, and I think Nicholl's Marine sells Emotion Kayaks. How many other canoe & kayak dealers...

Anyone interested in 2 pelican ocean kayaks? 11ft 6in, olive drab, each 1 holds 3 rods. dont use anymore since i got my flatts boat. open to trades. only have 1 paddle due to loaning them out. both are in great shape.

The slabs are a couple of big concrete well, slabs, on the beach at HI .

I have seen allot of lately looking for a good starter kayak and don't have a very big budget to get your Known Name Brands. Most guys go to Dicks & Sports Authority to pick up a cheap kayak to get them on the water fast. Guys please share your thoughts...

Looking to buy 3 Kayaks for the family. Any input would be great on what brand to get. We never have kayaked before. We will be using them on lakes. Young kids around 10 years old will be using them also. Price is a big factor also being a stable boat...

Well I don't have experience with very many types of kayaks but I can tell you what I do know. You'll get what you pay for but for the novice or newbie who doesn't know where to start, here's a few pointers.

I see very few helpful stuff down, no cup-holder, etc .
Although I was looking at open water kayaks.
I was looking at a 10'-11' pelican and people were saying those could get pretty tippy.
