Being curious, I wonder why HTTP, by design, can only handle one pending request per socket.

The ideal way to make the line is to have a single queue of 10 people and the next person in line goes probably send 5 people to cashier....
Lets say you are in a store and there are 2 cashiers, and 10 people waiting to be checked out.

When " Manually Approve All Payments " is set to " Yes " and customer pays, in the Client Area it is still marked as "Pending Invoice". Wouldn't it be nice if there is something like ' On-Hold Invoice "? "Pending Invoice...
