Hi
I'm wondering what the difference is between counting and following the breath. I can count my breath with some ease now and rarely lose count when thoughts pop up. I think this means I'm ready to move onto following rather than counting?

Maybe its his yellow teeth or doesn't brush everyday.

If we breath in O2 and we breath out CO2, then is it (theoretically) possible to...? Make a device that 'cuts off' the carbon atom and disposes of it (dropping it or converting it to energy)
then puts oxygen back into the atmosphere.
