Have you heard the 911 calls? The one that is most disturbing is the first call that the visitation supervisor made, before the fire broke out. The 911 dispatcher was dismissive and downright rude to this woman!

You have to realize 911 dispatchers deal with all kinds of crazy people and ridiculous it just causes more....
Can't either though.
So the length of the 911 call is not a _delay_ in the dispatch.
But the dispatch is simultaneous.

Out test driving a 04 Mustang convertible today and pulled up behind a land rover drifting in and out of the driving lane. I called 911 and the police did pull the driver over.
