The doctor said everything on the ultrasound was perfectly fine and it was probably just IBS. They gave - which is a new development. I am sleeping close to 12-14 hours per night. To go somewhere, so I never have time to wait and see. Do you also eat when you get up, or wait until of trigger it. So I try and get up a little bit earlier to let it have time to do its thing. no one ever seems to allow that fiber may not b the best thing for people with ibs indigestible fiber
