What, may I ask naively, is the condition of being "sexually impure"? Is this some sort of judgment that is being made about the sexual activity of a person? Does the question suggest that if one has had a sexual experience then that person is "sexually impure"? If the act of having sexual intercourse makes one "impure", then all married couples are "sexually impure". If, however, the act is neutral but the status of the person participating is the issue, then the act is not the subject but the person. Are we talking about the notion that one who engages in sexual intercourse without being married to the partner is "impure"? If so, then we have to ask about definitions of what constitutes marriage, valid marriage, putative marriage, common-law marriage, religious marriage, civil marriage, marriage at sea, and so forth. Are there some sort of magic words that change the act of sexual intercourse from being impure to pure?

Would you marry someone that was financially irresponsible?
Unless it's really, really bad, I'd say it's fine - just understand that it might put some strain on the relationship at times. Ideally your boyfriend will change his ways and completely follow your example, but meeting halfway wouldn't necessarily be terrible either. That is, he improves a bit, and you downgrade your expectations a bit.
Have you considered how things will be when you're married and both working? You'll likely both be saving for things to fund together. I could imagine big problems arising if you couldn't trust him to not raid those savings for purchases for himself, or other similar situations.

How to marry without getting Married?
Sorry, but I believe if they don't want to "get married" again, than they aren't being as committed as they think they are and want an escape route. That is not the way God intended marriage and I highly doubt it would be acceptable in his eyes as such.
