HI. I know what is menopause , but what I don’t know is what perimenopause is. So I am interested in knowing the differences of both. I thaught it is the same thing. Could someone explain me this?

Its not as bad as peri was but its still VERY challenging to say the least of peri....
Its confirmed I am in menopause..
My doc confirmed I am in menopause..
But I can say peri-meno was HORRIBLE.

I think I am perimenopausal and haven't exercised much in the last few years due to laziness and kidney cancer and would like to start. Any good workouts out there for a semi-motivated couch potato?

Your symptoms sound identical to mine. I was told that it could be menopause. I also have hypothryoid so they think that there is a link to that and estrogen Talk to your doctor and have a blood test done for thyroid. Good luck.
