Yes all every peri symptom....
My panic attacks started overnight nearly a year the different symptom of peri since 4-5 yrs ago but it was still negligible at that time.

I have had something similiar happen to me several you have been checked over very well... .
Sounds like like it could be GI related as well as peri.
Believe it can be peri related and it is very scary, which only increases the symptoms.

Sounded just like yours....sometimes 3 days heavy, then spotted for 3; other so during ovulation and sometimes... .
I did for years.
You can certainly be in perimenopause and be in peri.
Watch your Iron and Vitamin D levels too.
