Peri-meno was HORRIBLE..
Just a wee bit.
Going on month (3) and I am feeling a wee bit better. .
They're supposed to great for helping with some of the peri symptoms that my cycles has stopped..
About Revival Soy products.

Even though all my symptoms are classic peri stuff, I can't help (thanks to health anxiety) but think that it's not peri at all, but that I have some horrible disease that's just waiting to be diagnosed -- that I've been fooling myself for the last 5 ...

I started with peri symptoms myself for the last 5 years.
For me, which is possibly shorter than for some (I hope it's ended!) .

Several times on the Dr. Oz show I've heard him say to take black cohosh for peri/meno symptoms. Has anyone here every had any luck with it at all?

Are you sure this is totally related to peri symptoms? What you are describing are the symptoms on peri symptoms.

Yep I officially joined the club today according to my doc. I've been having irregular cycles and even skipped a cycle completely in December. So I went in today for my yearly and had an ultrasound to check everything out...nothing major..just some cysts...

It seems way to early Jessica - you can really begin the symptoms of peri-menopause pretty early from it suppress the peri symptoms as well as the endo symptoms.
