I got my period in September of 2010 when I was 13. I only get about five periods a year though. I know it's not really regular for the first couple years, but mine is, just five times a year.

The dates I had my cycle correspond, like I got a period in September and December in 2010 and in September and December of 2011, etc.

Move-Item has this parameter, so you can use it to do what you want:
ls C:\scratch... .
It turns out that the problem is because Rename-Item is missing a -LiteralPath parameter .
This is a known issue.
Rename-Item doesn't work with files that contain "[" or "]" .
