I have used Community.
First on personal web sites and now corporate.

If you write and maintain your own personal technical blog should that be listed in your resume? Any reasons not to? Would this be of interest to potential employers or would they be indifferent? If you do include it, how and where would you mention it...

For example, you could take 4 WordPress blogs, export WordPress blog.
If you're all using the same blog engine then you shoulld be able to export the posts and then import them back into a single instance of a blog.

I only have good knowledge of Drupal....
They have lots of features, although not 100% of what you ask for .
Have a look at Wikidot.
Also, there are some nice desktop client for Wordpress.
Wordpress, with some plugins, can satisfactory your requirements.

As it is, the graphic is upstaging the show.
And clean, there is not really a lot of design involved but for a personal website I give it thumbs-up since the blog is about "your" knowledge/research.
