If you're all using the same blog engine then you shoulld be able to export the posts and then import them back into a single instance of a blog.

They have lots of features, although not 100% of what you ask for .
Have a look at Wikidot.
Also, there are some nice desktop client for Wordpress.
Wordpress, with some plugins, can satisfactory your requirements.
