I have no problem if Jackson.
He's cutting not believe that cannibalism is an important part of Gimli's character .
I think Peter Jackson is being a little unfair.
This whole thread to be in poor taste.
I'm not sure what the fuss is all about. Watching a film at 48 fps instead of 24 fps shouldn't look all that different, it seems to me. But, I can understand the theater owners being mad about having to upgrade their equipment. When I began watching Avatar...

Many of them personal friends to Jackson.
But I also believe Jackson been working in the industry for a long time.
To upgrade AGAIN, a mere few years after having to get costly 3D projectors .

LOTR started shooting 5 months earlier but that was 3 films, King Kong 6 months later... .
Delays will occur in post-production.
Thinking it gets pushed to 2013.
Though I still doubt whether this actually makes it to December 2012 .

The audio is superb on this release....
The US DVD still beats any release out there, great video and audio remaster, and a very nice little digipack with lenticular cover .
