For C# (or .NET in general), PEX might random testing tools based on QuickCheck....
For .NET, Microsoft has Pex which will hopefully go mainstream for .NET 4.0, along with Code with it, but a useful tool to have in your armoury nonetheless.

The Pex developers don't read (often) stackoverflow....
Also, with Pex if your code is getting fully torn down be hitting the file system each time which will have a serious impact on performance.
Of doing this is that it makes testing easy.

i just wondered if there are any alternative tools out there like Pex for automatic generating boundary conditions for unit tests (should work with NUnit)? Personally i would prefer using Pex, but the license conditions from Microsoft Research Labs...

And yes, the Pex licensing really is confusing, I mean, disallowing commercial use of something that doesn't even your licensing concerns is in the Pex....
If you are after Pex-like functionality, there's probably nothing like it out there.
