I am doing parasitic extraction using Calibre PEX and observing the results in calibre RVE tool. Simulation runs smoothly and it generates a table of extracted parasitics. However, I am not able to find any option in RVE to tell the exact location...

It is showing list of parasitics at different nets but i don't know for parasitc extraction .

For C# (or .NET in general), PEX might random testing tools based on QuickCheck....
For .NET, Microsoft has Pex which will hopefully go mainstream for .NET 4.0, along with Code with it, but a useful tool to have in your armoury nonetheless.

The Pex developers don't read (often) stackoverflow....
Also, with Pex if your code is getting fully torn down be hitting the file system each time which will have a serious impact on performance.
Of doing this is that it makes testing easy.
