Xot and others, do you have any insight into why the pfd NCT-B is trading at $25.45 with a coupon of 9.75% and a call date of 3/08? There are 2 other issues available at lower coupons, and the reit financials look OK.

For the record and make no mistake, NLYPP (NLY-C) is a top notch pfd stock at 24.75 the lowest coupon rate of any....
It's not a great concern that NLY's dividend has fallen or any NYSE listing .
For their high coupon pfd stocks.

Is there an easy way to see? I was under the impression that only
those in the finance house houses and trading operations can see that?
