HopesOh yes at the beginning of my grief I felt actual physical pain all over my body.

The pain I experience is actually in the lat on my right side.
I explain it as like my foot was asleep and is waking up, or the nerves are trying to send a message and a misfire occurs .
I have the needle prick pain.

If you didnt have any emotions it would be rather alarming .
