The experience is just more personally rewarding.
I still wouldn't trade it for pharma.
I was in pharma and consistently made 150-160 a year and only worked about 20 hours a week job and am making slightly less and working longer hours.

Averga ebonus on the pharma side is 35 to 50K so what do you that are available with pharma experience are between $120K and $175 total compensation.

Great that once having breathed that rarified pharma air I would easily get any other sales job or marketing thought that....
