I'm currently volunteering in both hospital pharmacy and a pharmacy at a small clinic to another station.
It is waaay different than the retail/independent ones.
You definitely should look into hospital pharmacy.

Hours and whether you're getting time and a half for more than 40 hours, then you need to find another job or figure out a way to work a minimum wage job part time --- plenty of those around.
