Which one is better, Phonak Naida IX UP or Oticon Chili 9: I am going to get new hearing aid soon. Anyone out there have any like or dislike about either of these two hearing aids above? My audi said that Phonak Naida is better than the Oticon. I tried an older Oticon digital last summer (the Sumo for suggestions on changng your own tubing . Happy with the Phonak Naida IX UP myself.

Anyone have this issue with Phonak Naidas I'm currently wearing Phonak Naida IX S UP, I went from Seimens to Naidas. It was a big leap for me to do this, I went to see my old audiologist in NYC where I used to grow up, and she was really wanting me to try the Phonaks because of the technology... So I gave it back, and stuck to my old hearing aid . The Chilli for severe-profound (mine is the kid verison) I was like you when the Naida first came out it right.

Phonak Naida IX UP - Who else has this same issue? I had several hearing aids on trial but all were Phonak Naida IX UP. The first pair, after 2 weeks, my left hearing aid just stopped working in general. It was like the volume went completely low, I could barely hear. I actually hear better in my left... That is a different thing than waterproof. It is water resistant. I have Naida.

What is a Phonak Nathos? (UK NHS range) - I assume the Phonak Nathos range is a "made for NHS" but all I can find out about them is there is a CRT, a Micro, an M, an SP and a UP and they are supposed to be ordered by the NHS as a direct replacement for the Naida (in SP and UP varieties) in order...
