Phonak have emailed me with the water resistant rating for Naida S (not CORE) UP is IP54. Can anyone explain this? They also told me that the Naida CRT xsp plus is IP67 Which is better? They state this has been confirmed by submerging aid for 1/2 hour...

It says it all in there.
The Phonak website says the Naidas are water and dust resistant.

You can have that feature turned off, think....
This should not take several seconds, though, it should be well under one second .
After a loud sound the aids are supposed to react by "clipping" the loud sound off so it is not extremely irritant loud for you .

Just found out about the Naida DAZ and I wondering what is the different between the 2, normal and DAZ? Could you change your Naida to DAZ if it is not one already? As In send it off to Phonak and they modify it?

Phonak have sent me (I couldn't find it on internet) the water resistant rating for the Phonak Naida S (not core, core is less). It is IP54 which Google says dust proof and splash proof only.

Its just annoying when phonak advertise the Naida v sp as water protectors many times, ....
However when I sweat many times, still the same really .
They are listed as water resistant/sweat resistant.
