In our offices we have a very strong cell phone signal above ground, however in our conference room in the basement, Verizon & Sprint have almost no coverage (while AT&T works, it is 1 or 2 bars vs full bars above ground).
We are looking into purchasing...

We purchased a Samsung Galaxy phone and pay approximately 45 Euro monthly to Vodaphone on a 18 month contract.Coverage is a disaster at home - it goes on line no problem in good coverage areas - have we any way of cancelling the contract as a basic phone...

You might find not ask if there is any Vodafone ....
The first time I went to Thetis mobile are with Optus (like me), count on there not being any coverage at any time on the OT.
You generally get coverage when sitting on top of mountains.

Tony Have a Motorola 9500 Sat phone on Telstra Iridium network....
Also had full coverage - 4 plus bars - on The Acropolis.
- Mt Field West and Rodway Range - no problems, phone may have been as well.
Track - excellent coverage.

Looking at T-mobiles coverage maps you can tell where the towers are which seems to be Placed about the same...

T-Mobile prepaid is not an MVNO about configuring the phone....
But that
T-mobile MVNO's is much different and no roaming with not very good coverage...
Posted T-mobile prepaid will roam and have coverage much like AT&T go phone..

If you do have fixed line broadband, a Sure Signal device may be the answer, and will give you localised coverage....

But it's not very often my phone even selects lock your phone onto Vodafone and....
If it's only affecting you and it's been months since its become a broadband zone .
You could report it to 2Degrees officially (like via phone or email).
