Wired T-568B at dual jacks. IT guy is supplying the patch panels, so don't know about configuration just yet. Do the phone panels have 568 A/B option or do I have to mix it up a bit?

Sorry, probably a dumb question, but are quarter inch plug headphone inputs/jacks and mini plug inputs/jacks the same? I have an option to use either in my headphone amp and have both options on my Senn HD-580's. Are they the same?

The 1/4" female jacks vary was the original 'phone' jack or 'phono' jack...
It's usually the fault of the female end jack you plug into though.

What kind of conference phones will work with a BCM50? The office jacks all use Nortel digital phones.
