I have a situation where , six analog lines connected to the cme. PSTN lines acts as one main line and rest of the five lines are as parallel lines to the main line.
Now the issue is , i can get the ring vlotage in the main line, output below;...

You can tell them that you need higher current or voltage on the loop.
Even if you have loop current with regular phone, telco needs to fix it.

As long as the house was built with permits, it is a safe distance from the power line.
Of a "fall-line" which means in the unlikely event the tower should fall it will not land.

If you change that for, say, a 48Vdc supply WITH a SERIES 1kohm resistor (a high impedance for the matters) it will do the trick. .
The power supply on the right side is a low impedance path, so it short circuits the analog voice signal .

If you measure over-voltage on the relay coil use a smaller capacitor.
Operating voltage 12V DC hook that to the DC side of a bridge
(can use 1n914 diodes etc) and put a capacitor there too.

And, since more voltage for any given resistance gives you more watts with less amps than a lesser voltage, seems to me that more voltage is desireable to keep amps below cutoff points, etc be the logical choice for measuring....
