At&T makes there phones so sounds can be set to ringtones.

Itunes shows the tones as being on the phone, but there is still no custom ringtones folder/section in the tones setting on the phone and the tones don't show up in the list of ringtones no custom ringtones folder/....

OK AT&T not fair. I recently upgraded my phone and now I have to repurchase all of my ringtones. Not right, customers should be able to transfer their ringtones to new devices.
Something should be done. The customer is getting ripped off
