I'm talking about the phone device itself. Not phone service, i.e. AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, etc.
Also not talking about music.
I'm talking, specifically, of listening to a person's voice when you hold your cell phone up to your ear.

Subject says it all really. Switched from BT to PN for phone (and Broadband) and answer messages that were going to our own TrueCall call filtering and answer phone device have ended up on the service voice mail instead because of fewer rings before PN...
