I feel the photo competition is in need of a bit of tightening up on the format and rules.
As it stands at the end of the month the competition runs we have to wait for people to declare their entry if they have more than one post (few do declare) or ...

Okay, don't think I've ever been asked this one. Did an appraisal on Oct 26. Just got an email asking "the appraiser to send three more recent comps". Seems like another appraisal (with some type discount, since I've done it once). But, my question is...

So are you saying put in the comps as Comps 4,5& 6 but DO NOT change the estimated value....
For comps afer 10/26 or for comps that were more recent as of the effective date?
Anyways, they want comps closer to todays date.

So what if the winning photo comes from Tas EXACTLY frenchie!! Last I checked Tassie was a part of Aus with their state - contrary....
photo has won in the Aus comp for a long time due to blatant favoritism of Mainland photos.
