I have noticed that more and more real estate agents are getting fancier and fancier in their photography.
So much so that the photographs tend to oversell the property in question.

Better with using my flash more actually - I did a workshop recently with my photography tutor from some insurance, but it's not specific to photography and wouldn't cover me if I did anything professionally insurance, but it's not specific....
