I recently picked up a copy of Photoshop CS4 Extended and i want to learn to use it. I've found a few tutorials but not really enough to get a good idea of how to make my own works of art.
I know some basic commands and can probably find a tool or setting...

Look up "photoshop the New Boston site.
Learned by just following online tutorials pretty much and messing around in it.

To the curves settings, bump the shadows (shouldn't need much) .
