I'm new to teaching and I've inherited a pupil who's doing Suite de la r?jouissance (A:1) and has an AB structure but with the repeats is AABBA. The syllabus says not to do repeats more than a few bars but it's only two lines. Though I am thinking...

I did pieces in different styles....
Scarlatti, Beethoven and Kuhlau pieces are all similar style.
I have done my Grade 7 exam, Grade 8 here I come ! I have the book so here are the pieces for Grade 7 especially with pedal every quaver.

Looking for a classical piece to play for the piano? I can play Clair de Lune and some of Chopin's nocturnes if that gives you an idea of the skill level I'm at. I like full, beautiful, emotional pieces. Any suggestions?

Failing a Piano exam
Just done my grade 7 piano exam (abrsm) and I've been ill and not with it all week and that exam was just terrible. There were a couple of scales/arpeggios that just went out the window messed up notes/timing in pieces and site reading...
