What to pick and more importantly HOW to pick a bike?
Not to hijack but AZ, dremer, loui and some others, why don't you all grow up. You remind me of the little boys at preschool who sneak off to a corner of the playground and duel with their piss streams. Entertaining but a pain in the arse after a time when I might actually be looking through a thread at how experienced, adult bike people are helping out those new to the sport.

Did we pick woodworking or did woodworking pick us?
Tim - woodworking, walking my dog and working out at the gym grant me the mental retreat from the real world. For these three activities I count my self fortunate.
Carlos - I agree that there is an organic, almost primal aspect of working with wood. There is some tactile about wood that words can not describe. I think it was Sam Maloof that said something to the affect that 'wood should be inviting to the touch'.
Stephen - You strike me as an extremely pragmatic personality. This seems to be a fairly prominent attribute in the woodworking community.

If you had two pick between dog or cat wich one will you pick?
I would pick a dog because they are more playful and you can do a lot of things with them. Like teach them how to sit etc, you can walk them and they are very playful. A cat only walks around outside and you barely ever see them. But you can play with them a little but i would prefer a dog.

How do you pick the teams that you pick?
Do you guys ever add in that 'underdog' bet in the parlay to try and boost up your odds? Or do you steer clear of this option and rather lay more down on the bet itself?

Trade away 1st pick for 7th, 18th, 24th pick?
If AP puts up 1500 yards for the next eight years, how much heartburn will that cause you? Clearly any move you make to not draft AP this year, and assuming you don't find a better back than him this year, will result in this being a bad move in the long term. Only a league championship this year would somehow make that easier to stomach.
