My gums hurt terribly, help? So a week ago I had a little procedure done and my dentist removed a tiny flap of extra gum on my bottom teeth. it didn't hurt for the first four days but then I brushed the area little too hard and it hasn't stopped hurting...

It is most likely your gum taking a while to heal.
You shouldn't have picked anything up from there.

It's my understanding that Micellar is the best quality casein (though I have ever found sources that said otherwise), so I try to aim for pure or predominantly micellar caseins.
Dymatize does a micellar/calcium caseinate blend, but consistency is not...
