I personally would recommend you get, change them all out at the same time .
Use Delrin engine mounts, then delrin tranny mount is the way to go.

Well did some research to find that the tried and true transmission mount upgrade is the ol' e21 mounts. That's great as I read in threads from yonder back about how cheap they are ($6-7). I just went on an expedition to find some these only to come up...
