Stay away from Yeast, and beer (as it contains yeast)- Yeast slows down healing .

It can make it worse.

I always thought about getting my tongue pierced, but they say that over time it can damage your teeth....

A tongue piercing, I cant really compare it to something except, when you accidentally bite yourI have both.
Through the healing time
because the tongue is probably the least painful piercing you can experience.
