I feel like an old man as I take two every day and probably will for the rest of my life. I take a vitamin and Omeprazole for acid reflux. This should be only what you take every single day for the near or distant future. I took some ibuprofren today ...

A lot of product does in some degree so I have to take the pills the enzymes.
So you don't take those pills before every meal?
I find it so hard to see if something contains milk or not.
And there's very little info on it.

I stopped my pills 6 days ago & I already started my period. So hopefully I should ovulate this month? I've been off the pills before & my body regulates pretty fast.
Anyone else just stop their pills? Any advice?

I stopped BCPs in October 2011.....
Just control.
Haven't had a normal cycle since.
25th and am on Day 3 of my period so it took a little longer for me first cycle was regular and text book, ovulating on day 15.
I stopped taking mine on Dec.

my doses are from 8-22 pills a day but I have managed to get it down to 4-6 pills/day since them EVERYDAY since her birth....
With withdrawal.
