I have an idea for an application that is firstly totally sweet and secondly completely absent in the market. It is fairly simple, and I think it won't cut into my studies too deeply to write it. However, I would like to make some pocket money on this...

Most people-skippable FBI warnings and "You wouldn't steal a bicycle" announcements, I feel like something of a chump.
What you want to do is maximize sales, not minimize piracy.
Functionality simply won't work.
Is online piracy really "theft"? Is online piracy really "theft"? You wouldn’t steal a car! You wouldn’t steal a movie! Piracy is stealing! Piracy is a crime! (But is it really?)

To be honest, I'm surprised there hasn't been a debate on this so far on here. What side of the fence do you sit on? Do you pirate media or use file sharing sites illegaly - if not, do you have any sympathies with those that do? The billion dollar question...
