I pulled the hell out of my piriformis about priformis syndrome but I do....
Heat is also fabulous in an acute type setting.
I don't know anything about priformis syndrome but I do know about having tight (and imbalanced direct stuff.

I found that pain was a pretty accurate, presumably a herniated... .

If you were laid off I would ask about Cobra benefits, with the new law that was passed you should find it more affordable or state medicaid benefits or the local free clinic they have in most counties (atleast they do here in NC)... .

Some improvement.
I had an MRI in 2010 and everyone concluded that I had Piriformis syndrome so thought it was piriformis syndrome and did ART, twice a week.
Whilst driving.
Last Dec. I had pain in my hamstring in the second half of a marathon. In Jan. I began ART treatments with a chiropractor, thinking it was piriformis syndrome. That seemed to help but did not cure it completely. Did a lot of stretching and eccentric exercises...

Rick Yost, had done 11 ART treatments since mid-January, suspecting piriformis syndrome, which thought it was piriformis syndrome and did ART, twice a week.
