My Osteopath told me that Piriformis Syndrome is a 'sod' of thing of my lower lumber spine symptoms also match Piriformis Syndrome symptoms as well, So I think forums.

My MRI showed Grade 1 Spondylolisthesis L5 to S1, which I thought was piriformis/sciatica. Has anyone else experienced this and managed it while continuing to run?

Managing pain is no way to live.
Consider a chiropractic evaluation as well.
And I thought it was piriformis syndrome...
I think I'll hold off until the pain goes away .

Landing on outside heel doesn't say much...that kind that that's interesting .
Look like they give you piriformis problems.
